Avoid looking directly into the optical bore or fiber connectors .Cleanliness: Keep the module and fiber connectors free from dust. Use dust plugs when the module is not connected to a fiber cable .Installation StepsRemove the Module from Packaging: Take the QSFP-DD LPO module out of its anti-static bag. Avoid touching the optical bore or electrical contacts .Align the Module: Hold the module by its sides or pull latch. Align the module with the port on the switch, router, or server.
